On 28 October, Gianesini was invited as a teacher on the University of Pisa Master's programme in Thermal Medicine to speak on best practice in the application of the aquatic environment for patients affected by chronic venous disease, varicose veins, lymphedema and lipedema, and peripheral arterial disease. This activity is part of the Science Per Aquam project, conceived by Gianesini himself and now spread across all continents, with the aim of moving from random exercises in the aquatic environment to scientifically validated practices.
