From 5 to 12 August 2020, the venous-lymphatic World International Network foundation (v-WIN) will organize its annual non-profit humanitarian and educational medical mission, known as v-HELP (v-WIN Humanitarian Education in Lympho-Phlebology). In 2020 Guatemala will host the initiative, following the previous missions in the Dominican Republic. During the 2019 mission, 74 local physicians were trained in the most modern techniques for the treatment of venous and lymphatic disease, and 314 patients with limited financial means were treated. The event will also include public health education initiatives.
